This Refunds & Returns Policy applies exclusively to the booking and purchase of tours and tourism experiences made through www.everydayissunday.pt, operated under the Everyday Is Sunday® brand (“Everyday Is Sunday”, “EIS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This policy sets out the general cancellation, change and refund conditions for bookings made through our website.
Important – Partner-operated experiences:Certain experiences may be delivered by third-party partners. In such cases, the experience may be subject to specific cancellation, change or refund conditions, which will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page at the time of booking.Where a product page states specific conditions, those conditions shall prevail over the general rules described in this policy.
Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review the cancellation and refund information displayed on each individual product page before completing a booking.
This policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions applicable to the website and bookings.
Everyday Is Sunday® is committed to delivering premium, authentic and carefully curated tourism experiences.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness and customer protection, in accordance with best practices in the tourism sector and applicable consumer legislation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the individual product page, the following rules apply:
Refunds are granted according to the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled start of the experience:
100% refundCancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start time.
75% refundCancellations made between 7 days and up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
50% refundCancellations made between 72 hours and up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
No refundCancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time or in the event of a no-show.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully or partially provided.
If a tour or experience is cancelled by Everyday Is Sunday® due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, safety concerns or operational constraints), customers will be offered one of the following options:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule the experience, or
A credit for future use, valid for a period communicated at the time of cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, requests to change the date or time of a booking:
Are subject to availability, and
Must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Everyday Is Sunday® will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
No refunds will be issued for unused services after the scheduled date/time.
Private, group, customised or tailor-made experiences may be subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of booking and/or on the product page.
Gift cards, vouchers and digital products are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law.
